Refund Policy

All products sold by VKV Group are digital downloads (eBooks and data files). Because these are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once accessed, all sales are generally final.
When a Refund May Be Granted
- You were charged but your payment was not approved and no download was delivered.
- You were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error.
- The file you received is corrupted or unreadable and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
When a Refund Will Not Be Granted
- You changed your mind after the file was successfully delivered or downloaded.
- You did not read the product description before purchasing.
- The download link expired because it was not used within the validity window.
How to Request a Refund
Email carevkvgroup@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of purchase with your order ID and a description of the issue. Approved refunds are returned to your original UPI account within 5–7 business days.
